Gail was our
Realtor, she is very professional and personable, she is a wonderful person
and human being!.
Gail did an outstanding job for my husband and I. We decided to go with Gail
through a short sale. Our bank told us we did not qualify for a Loan Mod. After
hiring Gail to do the Short Sale, she decided to look into it further, and
discovered we were able to qualify for the loan modification after all and keep
our home. (We truly wanted the loan modification).
We were so happy with the outcome. Gail is
a very hard worker and dedicated, great with communication and follow through.

enough to find Gail Oleaga when looking for a realtor. She not only sold my home
in one of the worst markets, but, was most helpful in the process. I felt so
comfortable with her that I referred a neighbor to her and she was, also, able

I am very picky buyer with what I would say unique
taste. The great thing about what Gail did was she was able to first find my
preference on what my ideal home was and only show me the listings that had
those features without trying to sell me what she thought a good home was.
She took the time to make sure that she would be pleased with the transaction

I grew up in the homebuilding business
as my dad is a custom homebuilder and several family members have been in real
estate. Let me just say that Gail is the most knowledgeable and professional
real estate agent I have ever encountered. Although I have met many real estate
agents throughout my life, I was a first time home buyer and she made the
experience so positive and smooth for me. She initially set me up with MLS and
helped me identify homes that met my needs. After doing some preliminary
research online, we spent a Sunday afternoon looking at just 5 homes. Her
philosophy is why waste time looking at over 100 homes when you find one you
love? Don't second guess yourself! Sure enough, I fell in love with the first
home we looked at, but we proceeded to go to the other 4 homes just to be sure.
In my mind, I kept going back to the first one we looked at. She encouraged me
to put in an offer, where the sellers countered of course. Gail was confident
that the house was overpriced given the market conditions and comps, and
actually set up a meeting with the sellers, the sellers' agents, and herself on
a Monday night to negotiate at their kitchen table (just like the old days
before Internet!). She was at the sellers' home from 7PM to nearly 10PM on a
weeknight, determined to get me my first home. She had done her homework and
brought all the comps with her, and was able to negotiate with them to drop the
price to what was much more in line with the market. I was so impressed by her
knowledge, negotiating skills, persistence, not to mention her upbeat, positive
attitude. Gail makes you feel like you are the only person she is working with,
very attentive and always responsive. She also has an awesome team...she got me
set up with a preferred mortgage broker who had gotten me prequalified and
approved very quickly. The loan process was very easy. Furthermore, the
inspection went very well as she knows a top notch inspector with tons of
experience. Finally, the closing process went off without a hitch. I love my
first new home, and Gail made it happen. I recommend her without a doubt to
anyone looking for a home! :) |

My wife and I have had the
pleasure of knowing Gail since last summer when we entered the real estate
market in Arizona from our home in Chicago. Our initial attempt to purchase a
home in the Phoenix area was unsuccessful due to what we felt was a lack of
understanding on our agent’s behalf. The breakdown in communication and the
agent’s failure to understand our commitment to purchasing property in the area
led us to search for another agent. Thanks in large part to a very
